• Product dimensions, materials, colours, and other specifications should be checked on the individual product page before ordering.

• Accessories, candles, display stands, or other items shown in photographs are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.

• Please contact us before purchasing if you require clarification about a product’s size, material, finish, or intended use.

These natural variations do not remove any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website. Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges will be shown where required during checkout.

We may update product prices from time to time. Price changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where correction or adjustment is permitted by applicable law and appropriately communicated.

• Unless the product is specifically designed and confirmed as suitable for the intended application, do not expose it to high temperatures, open flames, food contact, or other potentially unsuitable conditions.

• Do not assume that a decorative item or candle holder is safe for use with a real-flame candle. Use an LED tealight unless the product is expressly confirmed as suitable for real-flame use.

• Keep small products away from young children where they may present a choking hazard.

• Do not use decorative products as safety equipment or for medical, structural, or other critical applications unless expressly designed for that purpose.
